Quality Control
Precision blade sharpening using the state of the art equipment ensures the best edge that holds its integrity. The GENX Comparator is used for quality control in edge to edge consistency. This ensures longer blade life and cleaner cuts. Inbound blades are cleaned by wipe-down, and tooling is cleaned by either wipe-down or sandblasting so that any foreign matter does not impede good sharpening. Even drill bits are cleaned and soft resin tipped to protect sharp ends from scaring. All safeguards are taken to keep the level of quality to a premium.
